Expeditor ‘Pass Master’
“To co-ordinate the smooth running of all interactions between the Floor and the Kitchen”

The Front of House 'Expeditor/Pass Master' ensures that all kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner, according to menu specifications and customer expectation.  The Expeditor will also direct kitchen runners and wait staff who are delivering completed orders. 

Skill set needed:

• Can work well under pressure
• Proven skilled multi-tasker
• Perfected communication skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Organised and able to follow systems
• Staff management skills
• Minimum 3 years experience in a hospitality role

Wait Staff

To assist in restaurant operations including setting tables, taking orders, serving, clean up, money handling and other related activities. It is expected the Wait Staff will take real ownership of this role to ensure all goals and objectives are achieved and customer’s expectations are surpassed. 

Skill set needed:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and well presented
• Able to carry 3 plates / drinks tray
• Must have a good command of English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Minimum 3 years experience on the floor of a restaurant or café
